Mind-ur collects only the following information:

• Email address – used solely for user authentication and account management
• App usage time metrics – collected in aggregate to understand app usage patterns and improve performance

We do not collect or analyze personal content such as journal entries, habits, food logs, or AI conversations.

2. AI Chat Sessions

AI chat conversations are not stored after a session ends. Once a chat is closed, the conversation is removed from the AI system and is not retained or used for training purposes.

Any previously visible chat history exists only at the user interface level and does not represent persistent storage or AI memory.

3. Data Storage & Security

All required account-related data is stored securely using industry-standard security practices. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse.

4. Third-Party Services

Mind-ur relies on Firebase for essential backend services, including:

• User authentication
• Secure database and infrastructure management

Firebase processes data in accordance with its own privacy and security policies. Mind-ur does not share user data with advertisers or marketing platforms.

5. Data Usage Limitations

Mind-ur does not:

• Sell user data
• Store AI chat conversations
• Use personal content for analytics or advertising
• Track users across external applications or websites

6. User Rights & Controls

Users have the right to:

• Access their account information
• Delete their account at any time

Upon account deletion, associated data is permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.
